Project Brief

A complete full-stack e-commerce and store management solution for Sports World — a leading sports products shop in Chichawatni. The system includes a customer-facing online store, a powerful admin dashboard for store management, and a real-time inventory management system. Built on the MERN stack for high performance and scalability.

The Challenge

Sports World was operating entirely offline with no digital presence. Managing inventory manually was time-consuming and error-prone, and the client had no way to sell products online or track stock levels efficiently — resulting in lost sales and operational inefficiencies.

The Solution

Developed a complete MERN stack solution consisting of three layers: a responsive e-commerce storefront for customers to browse and purchase sports products, a store management dashboard for orders and sales tracking, and a full inventory management system with real-time stock updates, low-stock alerts, and product categorization.
